"We are really enjoying this vacation. My husband & I discovered long ago that we are not travelers – we are dwellers and always seek to find a home away from home wherever we go. We also had a hectic year and craved a laid back vacation. This was perfect! Our 18 month old had a great time. We appreciated how well – equipped the place was – especially. Because our car was pretty full! Loved the fact that the bungalow was well appointed & not filled with cast off furniture and liens. We hope to come back again soon.

Dear Dennis and Julie,
”As you know we arrived from San Jacinto Mountains and your beautifully designed and appointed cottage was something of a culture shock – a nice shock of course. This was the third such property that we have used in the United States and it is the best equipped.
We loved San Diego but grew found of Voltaire Street too. It’s a great place and having met you last Saturday, I know that you want people to enjoy themselves. That makes deference too.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at the bungalow. Everything was perfect. The people were so nice and the beach was very fun.
Surf lesions at the OB Surf Shop were so fun. My 3 kids got up first and it was a reasonable price.
We would love to come back again.

A great place to stay – home a way from home. OB is a unique little community – one we came to appreciate more and more each day we were here. It was so nice to return to the bungalow each afternoon after a day of exploring San Diego and Mexico. We could get back and relax some more. The kids loved the boogie boards and loved watching dad make a fool of him self on the surfboard.

Had an absolutely fantastic time in Ocean Beach! The bungalow is absolutely gorgeous – a perfect place to spend our honeymoon! As someone else has previously written - the extra touches certainly don’t go unnoticed! We managed to pack loads into our 10 day stay. Couldn’t believe how wonderful and varied the county side, flora and fauna is in Southern California. Not looking forward to going home to land locked Stratford – Avon (England)

Happy Honeymoon! We could not have picked a better place to spend our first week together as a married couple! We absolutely loved the bungalow – It was everything we could have asked for. You have really gone out of your way to make it feel like home. In fact, it is nicer than home for us – we don’t want to leave! We had beautiful weather – a nice change from the 40* of Minnesota this time of year. Obis a wonderful community with a courageous spirit that we won’t soon forget. Matt and I made it to see the Giant Sequoias, the desert, San Diego Zoo and the Wield Animal Park, but looked forward to coming home to this beautiful bungalow.
Thank You for allowing us to stay in your home. We had the perfect honeymoon!!!!

I enjoyed my vacation and the theme of the house. My bed was so comfortable. I wanted to sleep in it all week long (she slept on the pullout sofa). I loved Dog Beach. The current was so strong; I couldn’t swim, but it was still fun.

Dear Dennis and Julie,
Out of the 64 places that I booked marked on the internet, the Bahamas bungalow was the only one I kept coming back to. I fell in love with it online. I booked-marked some ocean-fronts at three times the price – but none had the charm and style of this unit. The new paint is marvelous, So with the Cape Cod everything was immaculate and perfectly appointed. I still can’t get over how lovely everything is. The only thing wrong is that I don’t own the bungalow.
