How to make a Beach House reservation

ONLINE RESERVATION DESK:

Online Beach House registration is easy and convenient, and secure. Choose your vacation home rental, check availability, confirm your price, and secure your vacation rental with your credit card.

Book your beach home reservation early.
Book a vacation rental home as soon as you know travel dates to insure you are able to secure one of our vacation rental homes. Our homes are quite popular in both high and low seasons, so don't wait to book your trip!
Choose your vacation rental home.
Browse through our vacation homes on this site and find the vacation home that suits your travel plans.
Check Availability.
When you are ready to reserve your beach house or check availability, click on the "reserve now" button on any of the vacation home rental pages, or from the main menu link "reservations" and choose the vacation beach home you wish to book. You will be directed to our secure automated online reservation system that shows you available dates.
Review prices and book your reservation online!
Select a range of dates from the availability calendar, and click "Book it Now" to see prices for your desired length of stay. You can change reservations dates and length of stay to see price adjustments.
When you are ready to confirm your reservation, click on "Confirm Order" and fill out the necessary information to secure your vacation rental. If you would rather call us to complete your reservation, call: 619-861-4262 or 619-443-0704.
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
For your convenience, One Week before your arrival in San Diego, you will Receive by E-mail:
- Driving directions from airport and from all major freeways
- Lock box code to access key to the front door
- A list of recommended things to see and do as well as some of the best Sean Diego restaurants. Also included is driving time from the bungalows to Sea World, Disney and all the local destinations which will give you time to plan an action filled vacation before your arrival!

How your credit card will be charged:

50% of the rental amount (rental rate + hotel tax) is required at the time you make your reservation
30 days prior to your arrival, the rental balance plus the $600 refundable security deposit is automatically charged to your card. This will be refunded 1 week after your departure. This Security Deposit ensures that you will also take care of our property and the many extra things that we provide for you to use while at the property as did the family before you.
If you make your reservation less than 30 days before your arrival the total amount is due when your reservation is made.
A series of e-mails will be sent confirming your reservations, payments, and entry instructions.

Rates and Charges:

Our beach vacation rentals are based on weekly rental rates (we can prorate extra nights)
San Diego City hotel tax 10.5% at the beach or 10% with our Jamul beach house
One time Pet Rental fee of $50
Refundable security deposit $600 / refunded 1 week of your departure
The $600 security deposit ensures that you care coming to a quality home as will the people after you.
We do not charge a cleaning fee and all linens are provided
All rates and taxes are subject to change.

Policies & Cancelations:

Terms and conditions must be read and agreed to before reservations can be made – please read carefully
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.
No Smoking
A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
